    • Do you have a favorite brand of yogurt? Yogurt is one of those food that surprised me with how much sodium some brands contain.

    • Good luck and thanks for entering! It is hard sometimes to come up with low sodium foods in a hurry. I’m hoping that everyone sharing ideas here will help.

  1. Just switched to a low sodium diet, and snacks are hard. So far, I’m going with dried cranberries and unsalted cashews.

  2. I wanted to add that the Nut Delight flavor of KIND bars is not only low in sodium but relatively low in carbohydrates. My neighbor is diabetic and at a recent HOA meeting, I served the Nut Delight bars along with other snacks. He was thrilled with the bar’s taste and the nutritional information. In fact, he was so impressed that he wanted to know where to purchase some for himself.

    • I’ve never seen the nut delight flavor – I will start searching! The coconut almond is another fave of mine not mentioned above.
